Joe was great to work with, and the new roof (shingles) including new gutters look great, and the workmanship is first rate. He and his team re-nailed some of the plywood and straightened things out for no extra cost. We paid what was in the estimate, which included new gutters, and all this for a much better price than the competitors. As a big bonus for us, he carted the waste material away on a daily basis, thus making a dumpster unnecessary. The reason I gave him 4.5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected due to some shortage of workers (and bad weather but I don't count that of curse), but it was no big deal. Because of the iffy weather, they could not work every day but made sure that they finished one part of the roof, so there was never any unfinished part exposed to rain. I will hire Joe again and also recommend him to anyone.

In July 2012, Joseph Razz (DBA JRs Drywall and Contracting) did repair work on my garage The job involved framing, insulating, and drywalling, as well as a bit of water line, oil and electrical work. I found him to be a reputable contractor who did quality work. He did not have the lowest price, but he did look carefully at the job and detailed what his estimate covered. We negotiated a bit via e-mail and cell phone to arrive at a price I could live with and put into a written contract exactly what it included. He showed up on time ready to work.
